When mpmedia solutions asked wildlife ecologist Josh Griffiths from cesar to take a selfie during platypus surveys he wasn’t keen, because he has a personal dislike of the way selfies have overtaken our lives. But when we asked if he could take a selfie with a platypus, he thought that would be okay, and the response was amazing. We have been able to use this platypus selfie across a range of mediums – traditional print media, online social media and to promote events.
